Total Wine & More in Short Pump, VA is hiring Store Team Members who will merchandise, assist online orders, and provide a high level of customer service. You’ll help build displays, manage inventory, and support curbside pickup and delivery where needed.

The role emphasizes familiarity with POS systems, 1–3 years retail experience, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. A High school diploma is preferred, and safety and compliance with alcohol laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and build displays.
• Assist online orders and curbside pickup operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders when required and support front-end tasks.
