Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to join our store team in Short Pump, VA. You will maximize product inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and support online orders and curbside pickups while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to every guest.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in retail. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software helps you thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory: processing freight, stocking, displays, and signage.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and compliance with alcohol laws.
