Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members who will deliver excellent customer service while maximizing product inventory and supporting online operations. You’ll greet customers, build relationships, and help with wine, spirits, and beer knowledge.

Expect varied duties including stocking, displays, and handling curbside pickup or delivery as needed. Ideal candidates bring high school level education, 1–3 years retail experience, POS familiarity, and the ability to work flexible hours,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Deliver exceptional service, greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Support online orders and in-store or curbside pickup and delivery services where assigned.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Load and deliver orders safely following company policies; assist with other duties as needed.
