Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes and ensure timely unloading and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing and execution.
