Job summary

You will lead workload planning, manage SOP compliance, MOD coverage, inventory integrity, and Ship from Store fulfillment while coaching team members to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory control skills.
• Experience with planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and align staffing with business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to improve in‑stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards to company expectations.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and loss prevention measures.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTV/ASN processing, and backroom organization.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills training.
