Job summary

You will lead inventory routines, in-stock optimization, and ad-set execution while coaching team members and partnering with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure timely merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage in-store pricing accuracy, promotions, and signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTVs/ASNs processes.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and training.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
