This role leads staffing, training, and daily task prioritization to ensure a customer-ready environment. You will oversee inventory control, Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving, and collaborate with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to pricing, promotions, and store standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, ship-from-store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
