Job summary

Five Below Inc is seeking an hourly team member to support store operations, merchandising, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in signage, and consistent execution of company standards to drive daily sales.

The position requires being at least 18, ability to lift 25 lbs, and availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Training is provided to help you excel in a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a register.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for fast stock placement.
• Sets up and maintains displays for store sections with accurate signage and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing duties, secures cash, locks doors, and sets store alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Helps supervise daily activities of store associates and ensures performance standards.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Implements the market plan with proper product placement and updated signage.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are executed.
