Distinctive Promotions is seeking a Merchandise Production Assistant in Hampton, NJ to support the Senior Production Manager and move projects from idea to delivery. This role requires a methodical mindset and comfort navigating vendor coordination and client communications.

You’ll audit orders for accuracy, monitor milestones, and maintain meticulous records using Microsoft Word and Excel. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and methodical.
• Several years of professional experience in a business environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to navigate conversations with vendors or clients professionally and find solutions.
• Team player who can multitask effectively.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks is a major plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage lifecycle of many products from manufacturing to doorstep, ensuring specs are met.
• Communicate with global vendors and high-level clients to keep projects on track.
• Audit orders for accuracy in numbers, artwork and logistics.
• Identify and mitigate production bottlenecks with quick, effective solutions.
• Track milestones and maintain records using Microsoft Suite.
