Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Southfield, MI is seeking a Merchandise Processing Supervisor to oversee the production process and lead a team. This full-time role requires coordinating daily production tasks and training staff to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience following and giving direction.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including payroll systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Basic math skills.
• Preferred: Retail sales production and/or thrift store experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and ensure completion of daily production tasks.
• Train new team members on production expectations.
