Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store inWalled Lake, MI is seeking a full-time Production Supervisor to oversee daily production tasks and guide the team toward meeting sales goals. You will ensure quality control, manage workflows, and contribute to an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include directing daily tasks, training staff, monitoring metrics, and maintaining inventory control. Evening/weekend shifts are required, with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience following and giving direction is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Basic computer proficiency including payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and ensure completion of daily tasks for production team members, including workspace maintenance.
• Train new team members on production expectations and processes.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure only the best products reach the sales floor.
• Track and report production metrics at scheduled intervals.
• Implement strategies to meet product acquisition, production, and sales goals.
• Manage product rotation and inventory control processes.
