Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Auburn Hills is seeking a Full-time production supervisor to oversee daily production tasks and drive quality control. You will manage the production team, coordinate workflows, and help ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include directing daily work, training new staff, monitoring production metrics, and maintaining inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience following and giving direction.
• Basic computer proficiency including payroll systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and ensure completion of daily tasks for production team members.
