Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods Troy store is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with shoppers, processing transactions, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.

You will rotate through store areas, promote credit and loyalty programs, support loss prevention, and uphold standards while performing duties with integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Ring purchases/returns and count change accurately
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor
• Support store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day
• Maintain safety and adherence to labor laws and policies
• Assist in shrink reduction efforts and safety awareness
• Other duties as assigned
