Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a customer-focused team member at our HomeGoods location in Tulsa, OK. You will engage with customers to deliver a highly satisfying experience while maintaining a clean, organized store and adhering to all operating procedures.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, promoting credit/loyalty programs, supporting merchandising standards, and participating in store recovery and safety practices. Prior retail customer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
