Job summary
PetSmart is seeking a Merchandise Operations Manager to serve as the primary Store Operations contact for merchandising, planning, pricing and loyalty. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years in retail operations, merchandising, pricing, or loyalty.
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners and enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own operationalization of merchandising, planning, pricing, and loyalty initiatives for stores.
- Translate strategies into executable store processes aligned with enterprise goals.
- Coordinate planner sets, planograms, promotions, and loyalty activities across teams.
- Provide recommendations to improve readiness, adoption, and impact of initiatives.
- Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities before initiatives launch.
- Analyze performance and drive improvements in execution and results.
