You will oversee associates, assist in opening and closing, ensure a safe environment, and uphold our brand standards in a dynamic pet-focused retail setting. The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to coordinate merchandise strategies with a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and provide training on product knowledge.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks and support associates development.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain store standards and ensure adherence to Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics.
• Open/close procedures and assist in monthly live cycle counts.
• Ensure pet care standards and a safe, healthy store environment.
