Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization and replenishment.
• Ensure planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Train, coach, and develop team members in assigned departments.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices.
