The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Philadelphia, PA area to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.

You will ensure a customer-ready store environment through workload planning, stock movement, and strong leadership on the floor. Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, managing MOD coverage, truck and inventory processes, and ensuring

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution to complete merchandising sets on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and floorRecovery.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant, customer-focused signage and placement.
• Complete price changes accurately, preserving pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and proper order processing.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with documentation accuracy.
• Manage shrink via asset protection and proper procedures.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
• Collaborate on strong asset protection practices to reduce shrink.
