Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Store - ORL-SANFORD, FL. The role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to keep pricing accurate and promotions timely.

You will lead truck processing, in-stock optimization, and planogram implementation, ensuring a customer-ready environment and strong workload planning with store leadership. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong merchandising and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and customer-ready store environment.
• Lead truck execution, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Manage planogram execution and visual presentation to standards.
• Support backroom organization and customer floor recovery.
• Provide MOD (manager-on-duty) coverage and floor leadership.
