Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Sanford, FL is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution within the store. You will lead truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will also be responsible for pricing integrity, promotional execution, and stock replenishment while guiding staff through workloads and shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and develop store team.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.
• Experience with SOPs and company policies.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and policy compliance.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, stocking, and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute in-stock optimization routines to drive availability.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes and promotional signage accuracy.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
