Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution in a high-velocity retail setting. You will oversee truck processing, planogram sets, price integrity, and promotional execution to create a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, policy execution, and Manager-on-Duty coverage while partnering with leadership to align staffing with business needs and maintain stock accuracy across the sales floor.

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Experience leading store operations.
Experience with merchandising and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, team accountability for store conditions and results.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
Lead truck execution processes for timely unloading and floor flow of merchandise.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Drive in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
