• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices on floor and stockroom.
• Foster a guest-focused culture and celebrate team achievements.
