Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Maintain store conditions and service standards through strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
