Michaels stores are seeking an experienced Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and operational execution in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and in-store presentation, ensuring a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include driving in-stock levels, managing ad sets and promotions, and coordinating with leadership to align staffing with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and store standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloads, sorts, and merch flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain in-stock optimization routines (SISO).
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and timely; maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and returns processing.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Partner to uphold Asset Protection practices.
