• Lead SOP adherence and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Execute and manage truck processing, inventory routines, and replenishment to the sales floor.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution, ensuring a customer-ready store environment.
• Direct Ship from Store fulfillment, RTV/ASN processing, and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
