Responsibilities include coordinating with store leadership, managing inventory, Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving, while upholding SOPs and asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with inventory management and planogram execution.
• Ability to enforce SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unload and sort merchandise for the floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control and accurate stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
