Job summary

Marshalls in Dubuque, IA, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will train associates, ensure items are tagged and coded, manage backroom organization, and collaborate with management to meet store goals and safety requirements.

Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience or supervisory exposure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Maintains backroom organization and supports safety and loss-prevention efforts.
