Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies is seeking a store team member to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring excellent customer service. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and mentor Associates on established merchandising principles.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. A starting point is provided by the store plan and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
