You should be able to work nights and weekends, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be a team player with the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process merchandise efficiently.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and selling floor.
