Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and working nights/weekends.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure compliant store operations.
