Job summary

Marshalls At TJX Companies is seeking a motivated store associate to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will support a team, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a clean, organized sales floor.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working well in a team.
• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Organize back stock, tag, hang, and code merchandise for easy replenishment.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
