Job summary

You will work with a vibrant team across stores and distribution centers to keep merchandise organized, tagged, and available on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent experience.
• Organize backstock and ensure proper tagging and hanging of merchandise.
• Coach and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support store safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
