Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing standards.
• Ensure items are properly tagged, hung, and coded for sale.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain smooth operations.
• Support inventory and backroom organization to enable replenishment.
