Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merch flow to the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and cleanliness
• Maintains safety and adheres to store policies
• Supports store shrink reduction goals
