Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures Associates process efficiently and interact with customers.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Keeps merchandise properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Promotes safety, labor compliance, and store policies.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and loyalty programs.
• Provides progress updates to management.
