Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates merchandise flow from backroom to sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures items are tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with management to prioritize tasks and update progress
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment
• Supports safety and housekeeping standards
• Participates in store shrink reduction initiatives
