Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline associate for HomeGoods in North Kingstown, RI. You will execute receiving and merchandising tasks, engage customers, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will train others, support store priorities, and contribute to safe, efficient store operations while working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working well with peers and supervisors.
• Team player with the ability to train others as needed.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Organize backroom and stock to support replenishment on the sales floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and help maintain tagging and placement of merchandise.
• Promote safety, store policies, and loss-prevention programs.
• Support management on priority initiatives and recognize team achievements.
