Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates merchandise delivery and ensures stock is replenished on the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and signage standards
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods
