Job summary

Marshalls in Kingsville, TX is hiring a team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards and to ensure a positive customer experience. You will train and mentor Associates, manage merchandise flow, and maintain backroom organization while upholding safety and store policies.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Prior retail and leadership exposure is valued.
