Job summary

Marshalls in Nacogdoches, TX is hiring a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure associates process merchandise efficiently, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will train teammates, tag and hang merchandise, maintain backroom organization, and help keep the store safe and clean. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with starting pay of USD 13.50 to 14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through interaction and service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain proper tagging, hanging, and stock organization.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention practices.
