Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing merchandise processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with managers to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of backroom and selling floor
• Supports store shrink reduction and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
