Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience is preferred.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, stocked, and correctly coded.
• Coordinate with management to maintain store flow and safety standards.
