Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking an operations-focused associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and to help keep the store running smoothly. You will engage customers, train teammates, and ensure accurate tagging and orderly stock flow throughout the shift.

We look for at least a year in retail, six months in a leadership role, and a strong capability to multitask while lifting items.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• At least 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Team oriented and reliable
• Able to lift heavy objects and multitask

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep stock flowing to the sales floor
• Ensure a positive customer experience through engaging service
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and code accuracy for merchandise
• Support safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store policies and procedures
