Qualifications

• Experience in leading merchandising teams.
• Strong eye for visual standards and-store presentation.
• Experience with Floorset planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience in partnership with Merchandising Team Leader.
• Lead Floorset execution and train the Floorset team.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure brand standards and store safety practices are followed.
• Foster a collaborative, recognition-driven team culture.
