Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Troy, MI is seeking a Merchandise Leader who will be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards and remains guest ready through replenishment and floorset updates.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive floorset execution, manage day-to-day merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to seize merchandising opportunities, while maintaining a strong guest experience and store safety.

Qualifications

• Experience driving retail floorset execution and merchandising updates.
• Strong eye for brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a fresh, guest-ready store.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate wins while focusing on guest experience.
• Maintain store safety, shrink-reduction strategies, and adherence to policies.
