Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail and 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication, multitasking, and reliability to uphold safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and keep Associates efficient.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping store organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and properly coded.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Support safety, labor policies, and store shrink reduction programs.
