The TJX Companies, Inc.—USA HomeGoods Richmond store—is hiring a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, interact with customers, and maintain organized stock areas. You will train teammates, ensure accurate tagging and backroom organization, and work with management to optimize product flow.

Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with strong communication and multitasking skills; prior retail and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Team player with ability to work with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to train others and mentor Associates.
• One year of retail and six months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards with team efficiency.
• Engage with customers to provide a positive experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Organize backstock and ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with management to prioritize tasks and improve flow of goods.
• Promote safety and adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support credit and loyalty programs and participate in shrink reduction efforts.
