Responsibilities include supervising AP staff, resolving vendor discrepancies, maintaining workflow efficiency, and partnering with IT on Oracle Accounts Payable. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and leadership within the merchandising finance team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Merchandise AP staff and direct daily operations.
• Lead pay match to invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Coordinate with Vendor Credit for daily batch checking and interfaces.
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and communicate with management.
• Maintain efficient workflow and positive work environment with supervisors.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance and banks.
• Assist with hiring, evaluations, and salary budgeting.
• Serve as SME for Oracle Accounts Payable and AP data reporting.
• Work with IT and Finance to ensure efficient systems and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements in AP.

Education

Accounting degree or equivalent experience
