Westat is seeking Field Interviewers to support the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), a U.S. health care cost study sponsored by AHRQ. This is a part-time, variable-hour position with travel to households and in-person training over two rounds each year.

Field interviewers report to a field supervisor, complete paperwork, and transmit data daily. The role requires evening/weekend hours and adherence to confidentiality and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older (or an emancipated minor) with ability to enter binding confidentiality agreements.
• Be available to complete mandatory web-based home study training between Jan 4 and Jan 15, 2027, prior to in-person training.
• Be available to travel to and attend mandatory in-person training starting Jan 19-25, 2027.
• Be available to complete post-training home study between Jan 26-31, 2027.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and complete in-person interviews for MEPS.
• Transmit electronic data daily on days work occurs.
• Adhere to data security and confidentiality requirements.
