Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business and the completion of one or more internship assignments, each lasting 3+ months
• Or, 4+ years of construction project work experience with Linbeck, an MEPF subcontractor or design firm

Responsibilities

• Execute the Linbeck Site Specific Safety Program, including BBS and Safety Walks
• Read drawings and specifications to ensure the scope is procured and constructed to meet contractual obligations
• Create internal and external Potential Impacts to notify parties of quality concerns
• Compose RFIs clearly for contract documentation
• Manage the RFI Log to create, monitor, and close RFIs and distribute docs
• Create and manage submittal log requirements and use pull scheduling to meet deadlines
• Create and manage the Contract Document Log and ensure current set with revisions
• Incorporate RFIs into the record per Digital Document Management standards
• Utilize submittal logs to prioritise design team and subcontractor submissions
• Manage the Expediting Log to ensure timely material delivery
• Implement QA/QC program elements including A3s and pre-install meetings
• Apply Lean Operating System concepts to reduce wastes
• Compile closeout docs including O&M manuals, warranties, and as-builts
